Very unfriendly and incompetent staff. One visa needs 4 visits. The consulate makes you understand why people don't try to apply for visas on their own and pay a bomb to get a visa that is free for Indians

The consulate officer at this embassy is argentina nationale, was friendly during the interview which lasted for less than a minute, the rest of the staff are indians, who are not friendly, the waiting lounge for the visa applicants who come to attend the interview, is very small and has a seating capacity for 10 to 12 applicants. The applicants are not allowed into the waiting lounge till 11:00AM , that's when the interview starts , till then, the applicants have to wait outside in the ground floor of the premises, the office is on the 10th floor and is small and is also shared by a bank.There is no toilet facilities, in case the applicants need to use the toilet. Better to finish everything at your hotel/airport/ railway station/bus station/ home if you stay in mumbai, before coming to this office

Bad services...not properly guiding to travellers...agent based services....worst .president maicri.. and modi sir do somthing to get better services from this consulate.

Documentation part is very tough and they suggest so many changes. Getting visa through travel agent is very difficult if you are from outside of Maharastra. Passports from Karnataka will be processed only in Mumbai as new Delhi embassy will not accept the applications. If you visit the consulate personally they are very helpful though they suggest many changes. They gave my tourist visa in 5 days after the personal interview which was good.

Very bad service. They keep asking for documents everytime... They don't give proper information. Even if we give proper documents, still they ask for new ones.. The two person at the reception counter are very rude. They just shout or talk rudely to the applicants there. We are normal people, who are going there for getting visa.. They are no one to judge us or speak so rude to us. We may not know all the rules... So they should guide or let us know. Just not show authority.. They are not doing any free service. And they hardly work for few hours a day and few days a week. They dint give my passport on time inspite of several requests, I asked an emergency visa issue And was ready to pay still they dint issue.at last when i spoke to the counselor she somehow agreed to give next day, but even that too late. Because of which I cannot get another visa on time and had to stay back from the trip. I had lost so much money nearly more than a lakh and it was one of the important presentation in my life which I could not do because of this consulate. Very inefficient staff, unhelpful people,.. No courtesy... What for them,. They sit and just give some decisions. But we people will have to suffer ..
