These people don't reply at all. My visa appointment was scheduled for 23rd March, first day of lockdown of this year. All the people whose appointments were schedule after mine, have gotten their new appointments scheduled, and I am still stuck with no reply. I have mailed 10 times now and called for 1000 times. These people just say that I'll have to wait. I think I'll die out of my age and luck and still they won't reply.

My wife called for some documents enquiry, the person was so rude during the entire conversation. I wish they recorded it and check for quality. What is wrong with this staff? No of words they have to say are anyway the same than why so unfriendly and full of arrogance?

Great thanks to all the beautiful people, with whom I had to deal due to the Rückholflug for the Germans.nWhen I called people where very friendly and helpful, when sent an email, they answer even late evening!nEspecially the people at the Registration, have been super helpful, full of passion and humanity! Thanks for caring so nicely about us und spreading so much calm down and light energy ud83dude4fud83cudffe I know they have been totally overworked, but still not to tiered to smile n be sweet!nThanks a lot and lovely regards from Germany now!
