They have very good Good staff... but bit reluctant & not that flexible & not even for their regular customers.. if they want to be competitive they should be bit flexible in terms of price, delivery & if not in price, then should offer some compensation like FOC accessories along with car.. competitors are offering FOC accessories after negotiations but Navnit Motors are not ready to match the expectations which Competitors are actually offering. They are loosing their trusted customers due to their non-flexibility. They need to work on this area.. otherwise it is good enough to deal with Navnit Motors.... Navnit's Service center staff is also co-operative & supportive.
