Customer service is good until you buy a car.. after purchasing service is pathetic.. instead go for some other dealers. They gave me a defective car and when i found out the issue they told its normal but it wasn't when i spoke to service manager and i got it solved in a week. Don't ever buy cars from fortune motors thane. Tata car is good but dealers like fortune are waste.
My car is in good shape..some how though I always see lot of parts suggested by them to change..i am not sure if they really r required..but local mechanics r hard to trust as well..so i prefer giving car to authorised centers only for servicing..overall staff seems cooperative.
Total satisfactory work... n up to the mark service. Just changed clutch plate n repaired other electrical problem.
Every thing is good about Service dept.Good sales team as well.
