I booked wagor and it's been almost 3 month to get delivery,waiting period is too much...overall customer executive response is always seen positive about delivery but that was just a only marketing skill of them...totaly unsatisfied with them.
I have booked car on 2nd Sept till the date i didn't gate delivery of the car & confirm date even if whole payment is done. Every day i follow-up with Level 2 DSM but I only get answer car not in stock. If really car is not in stock so why you take booking and why given commitment of delivery with one week. If any one is planning to buy vehicle from Fortpoint think before 10 times of my case. Please move on other reputed showroom in Thane. Don't visit FORTPOINT.
Very Bad service. Never buy vehicle from this showroom. They will promise you and after that you will only follow and they will not reply. Even Manager, Division Manager no one reply anything. Worst service I have ever seen my life.

Went to enquire and buy Brezza Automatic. Non supportive staff. Very arrogant sales person. Not interested for sales, they are already getting sales by blind followers. I asked sales guy about price list copy and boucher, said they don't have. I asked about test drive, as I wanted to buy automatic. Sales guy bluntly said, we don't have vehical for test drive and it cannot be possible in future to arrange. If you wanna buy, you can. Such a arrogance.nnImmediately furious, I went out. Next day I went to Ford, with their service and customer care, I booked EcoSport.nnOne day the arrogance for Suzuki and it's sales and service will be held accountable.nnCompare the service and sales experience of Suzuki and other car vendors. You will know.
