I purchased a Mettalic Grey Baleno 2016 model from them 1 month back, which was posted on Droom portal for 33000 kms. They had directed me to go and check the car from Caarx, Thane. After buying the car, i came to know they had tampered with the kms driven and the owner had the audacity to say his representative did it by mistake. The owner on phone mentions he wanted to reverse the kms driven for another vehicle but by mistake his representative did it for the Baleno vehicle. On repeated calls, the owner is not ready to refund back our money nor able to show proof that the vehicle is driven only for 33000 kms which he claims.nnPlease be cautious dealing with Caarx, Thane. They are good at luring people with cars driven for more kms and then tampering with reversing the kms. Does not even deserve one rating from my side for getting a bad deal.
