Caramel The Cake Shop

Still my favourite place for pastries but the sponge cake of the pastries have become dry. Somehow the cream saves the taste but you can definitely taste the dryness as you keep going for it. Please make it moist and soft again.

Worst cake shop ive ever experience in my life...they charge high price n deliver an incomplete cake... The cake and the design which i give doesnt match at all.. N they charge for design 700 extra but there is no design at all i had to design it by myself at home... If u dont want to spoil the party then dont order cake from this shop u will regret.. The workers also r so irresponsible if u complain they take it lightly..

Each year I order my birthday cake from this shop only. Ever since I have tasted its black forest, I have stopped eating the same from other cake shops. The Chocolate Challenge cake has always won admiration from even those who do not usually like eating cakes.

It's the best cake shop in shillong.. the cakes are well bake...I've been a regular customer

No bakery serves better pastry than caramel,the cream make the pastry so unique and special.
