They are not like the Nexa showroom owners. They are literally so good in behaviour.

Very nice ambience ..one stop solution for everything regarding my tata car .most liked thing was the staff behaviour and the co-operation extended by them.

The sales department is good, but the servicing department is not soo good enough.nIf you ask service executives your concerns they'll listen to you but will oversee your issue by saying it's just like that. Nothing can be done regarding that issue. In my case it was with Tata Altroz XZ model. I complaint against stiff stearing wheel they saw that took a test drive that time but they did it in highway and they didn't notice anything. But as an owner I drive it daily and finds it getting stiffer day by day. Hope they'll solve my issue next time. I just hope.
