Worst Sales ever. These people damage the Brand name of skoda. Sales service is very worst. They didn't respond to customers. Even after twice complained to management to change the sales person they are not responding.
The sales person didn't lift calls. if they lift also they said call back in 5 mnts and they dont. Before purchasing the car there service is this much worst. what about after sales service. I fed up with this people I moved to another car only because of this people only have showroom here not because of skoda. You can check how many times I called them( around 25) and how many times they called(literally 2) in our discussion of purchasing car in the uploaded document.
They won't answer your call if u do are facing any emergency in your car. I request to pls do improve your service towards customers.
