Booking day 14/09/20. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Delivery day review 13/11/20 : Due to Ratan Tata sir only I waited for 2 months... I expect same commitment post delivery as well from Gramps Autotec Balasore. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Post delivery review 27/11/20 : I received my car after waiting for 60 days. Showroom could not help me with finance as the loan officer (showroom 's contact) was playing, so I had to take loan from a different branch. So finally showroom had received downpayment + sanctioned loan and applied for car registration. With a temporary registration I received my car with an understanding that within 3-4 days my registration number will be approved. Now as per latest development my registration is put on a hold because of missing trade certificate. I feel these are unnecessary problems for a customer to deal with. Looks like Gramps Autotec is unable to deal with any situation. Even if I am fan of TATA but now I started getting irritated with all these. Showroom should be able to get legal registration. I am reducing rating, as I dont have a 5 star rating experience at all. This rating is only towards Gramps Autotec, Balasore. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 02/12/20 : I received a registration confirmation message from RTO. Finally I got my virtual RC. Thank you.
