Aditi Honda Car Showroom

Dear Citizens of Raichur, Karnataka,nnIn the end of 2018, we brought brand new Honda Amaze from Raichur showroom. Initial sales person from showroom convenience us to buy Honda Amaze, an finally we took a call to buy the same. An in present we are very much Happy performance wise.nnBut, we are not happy for giving false statement and for rude behavior from Ballery showroom Manager.nAt the time of buying car, Raichur showroom sales person commented for providing car service at there Raichur location. But unfortunately now they have stopped giving us service. First couple of free service and one paid service was provided, but due to some reason they have stopped giving us service in present.nnSecondly,We tried calling Ballery manager to help us an provide service at Raichur location. But he denied very rudely stating, if you want service then have to visit bellary, which is 200km away and Hospet which is 180km. Then later he told to get it done somewhere local, who is not certified from Honda.nnNow we are felling like it was wrong decision to buy Honda product. But fortunately today we took car to Koornol service center which is 120km oneway.nnThis could be the final request to Honda management to provide service in Raichur also. If not able to provide in next 4months, then we have to take a call to sell Honda and buy some other brand which has service center in raichur.

Nice hospitality and got very good information about the product by female staff who was present in the showroom as well as with team leader sales.overall it was very nice experience and planning to purchase Honda Amaze in future days.very good hospitality.keep it up
