Tata Motors is well reputed company in india and world but when it comes to customer service , its not so withnRaichur Showroomnnwhen selling a new car the executives are really good at explaining the features of car and offers.nbut but i had little bitter experience ,n1. Car seat cover and floor mat which was provided while buying car is not upto the mark seat cover fitting was not correct and floor mat provided is easily gets damaged , i expected better quality from TATA Mororsnn2. Fast Tag was promised and billed in my invoice even that was not issued to menn3. My RC card was isssued after 6 Months , car registration process was delayed very muchnn4. when i had been to 2nd Free service , service guys said time lapsed i need to pay , but i never got any sms nor call or intimation prrior to due date , this was expected from any showroom.ni had no option to pay and get service donennTO HAVE GOOD NAME AND REPUTATION , NEED TO HAVE GOOD CONSUMER SATISFACTION FROM THE SERVICESnnTATA MOTORS has good name and fame but it will be spoiled by the so called authorised shoowroom and service centersnnthank you
