Excellent service

I have been going there regularly since 2013, they do the periodic maintenance just fine. Other than that they're miserable. Wheel alignment machinery is out of wack for at least a year. Every time you do the alignment, your steering tilts to one side. I have sent back my car to get the alignment corrected after service multiple times, they never do it right. Once, I had my steering column replaced under warranty from there and since then the new column would not do the auto-return, went there multiple times to get it fixed, they would not admit the issue although they could clearly see that. I had to find a similar car from a friend to do a demo video of the issue back to back with my car and then show them to get their acknowledgment. Although the steering return works now, its not how it performed with the first steering colomn.

I used this service for the repair of my XL6 Alpha MT (which I bought from AVG Nexa Kottayam) after an accident. The repair work done at the body shop was of high quality. They were able to restore my car to the original form and functionality. The car was delivered with a brand new fast tag as well.nnMy service advisor Mr. Jeremy was extremely helpful and concerned. He kept me updated on the progress of work. He and all other staff I contacted provided friendly assistance.nnIt would have been great if they showed a little more care and professionalism in rectifying the following three things.nn1. The car was in their custody for about five months during which time they could have replaced the damaged HSRP. The repaired car was delivered to me with the damaged number plate. They could have contacted me about this if the expense is not covered under insurance. I was ready to pay.nnDelivering a repaired car with damaged parts (only the number plate in this case) is a disgrace to the company and the quality of the service.nnNow I have ordered a new set of HSRP from the dealership and waiting for delivery.nn2. Some of the replaced parts had rusts. When asked about this I was informed that it was usual and showed another vehicle with rusty replaced parts for validation.nnI wonder if it would be possible for them to remove the rust and put some protective coating.nn3. The owners manual was damaged during the repair process at the workshop which they could have replaced before delivery.nnDespite the above concerns, my overall experience was great and I'm quite satisfied with the service and so the five stars.
