Though the issue were not fixed completely during the first attempt, they quickly acknowledged it and were proactively ready to fix it without letting it go. What I really liked was, despite the reason the issues being complex and multiple workshops gave up on them, these people took the courage to take on this task with great confidence. They did a detailed inspection of even the minute details and were able to pinpoint the issues with their diagnosis. Because of their efforts, I was able to take my car back with great improvement in performance and comfort which was being sacrificed for years.nI am happy to say that they really valued and cared for their customer right from the beginning.nThey spend enough time with great patience listening to the customer’s concerns and valued them.nProactively did a detailed assessment even to the minute details which most of the other didn’t bothered to do which made me feel that they really valued and took care of my car.nThe service staff had great knowledge, was well trained, and had the willingness to diagnose the complete details to identify the root cause of the issues though it took great effort and lots of time.nnHence, I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate the team at Popular Hyundai Service, Kodimatha, Kottayam for their commitment and dedication which made them go beyond the expectations of the customer.
