It's a real trap. Especially if you buy a used car.Never see such fraud people in any other showrooms. Their servicing centre is a joke. Knowledge of the staff in the servicing centre is very limited. For a small issue they will ask you to change the whole system. They sell damaged cars there by hiding the centre problems. You may think it may be alright as you are buying from the showroom. But you are dealing with the real frauds. Most of the staff are liers and very good at giving false promises and waste your time. Bought a used car from the showroom. Only used two days and car was not moving. Taken to their service centre and told us will give in a week, when we call them next week ,then they say after one day .....next day.....after one day....staff are highly trained to say lies. In the end after 9 months they said they can't do that and lost almost 70% of the money and they only paid 30% of the money spent for the car.Real frauds, better look for a different showroom.

A reputed company with very poor customer service.people gives value to money and commissions ,not to customers. They have bluffed a 66 year old man who booked a second hand vehicle from this dealer by thinking that he can trust the dealer.,and during the first drive the vehicle stopped working and lost the money .This is not only about the loss of money, the dealer let the 66 year old man to visit the showroom multiple times even he requested to them that he is having severe health issues .i will never recommend this dealer as we cannot trust their words.I trust the brand Volkswagen,But there are such dealers will spoil the name of the company.really felt sad while dealing with them.nnContact No:00971561629752nnYou can contact in this number ,I don’t want to again put the 66 yr old man to suffer because of you.Please check with your team,if they didn’t lost humanity yet,they will explain you how many times he came to your office with patience and requested to close this deal as he is sick and the childrens are not there to follow up,also they will explain you that which all documents they let him to sign to close this deal.your first reason was your mechanics are not that much competent to repair this car as this is the first Automatic model, second reason was the service manager got suspended because of some reasons and we need to wait Until the new service manager comes and study the case.really appreciate one of your manager Mr.Rakesh who showed at least some humanity to the old man. You can see the date of pavement and date of delivery of the vehicle.and I repeat,This is not just a matter of money...This is a matter of humanity and consideration...Really appreciate for the replay.nni responded already to your reply but i cannot see that in the review list. ..?thts why i am sending again
