Very good dealing
Excellent dealings
Very good experience from the sales team, delivered car before the agreed date. They have also offered very good value for my used car too. This was my opinion regarding the this company at the time of purchase, but very poor service they provide. I had exchanged my car, they agreed that they will surely process the ownership transfer. The car was sold and today i have recived a speed ticket. Really poor trust on you people. U would not recommend any more people to you.
Dealing with the sales executive was not that good. His first comment was out of stock and all vehicle (creta and venue ) require long waiting period.
To be honest I had a very pleasant experience with them. The staff were so cooperative and they are an excellent example for how a customer is to be treated. They were so helpful in clearing my doubts and concerns.Had a great time there. Sales consultants were friendly, they are educated and experienced.nnThe test drive was also a great experience.nnThe showroom is kept clean and designed beautifully. They have ample car parking in the front.nTheir service team is also excellent. On time delivery and accurate identification of issues.
