We were in search of a used car under 3L preferably a Maruti. I visited all True Value showrooms in Kottayam and Trivandrum. This particular showroom looked attractive and we thought they'll have the best collection. To our surprise unlike other True Value showrooms, the sales man's dealing was terrible. His attitude was like we were asking for a free car. If we ask him something he will say something else with attitude. We could have stretched our budget a bit more if showed a bit of courtesy and loyalty to the customer. At times we felt like he is insulting us. Very bad experience.
