Nice service there
Not a good experience.nn1. The advisor from Service Team was more focused on calls rather than addressing the issue of the person sitting in front of them.n2. Multiple follow ups happened from the head office in Cochin after the regular service done and promised to have a call back arranged from the concerned team regarding the feedback provided. However till date no call back received.
Sales executive Jeesh is a wonderful person. And rest of the team are good. What I liked the most was they didn't deal with us with the business mindset. I felt they were very natural and genuine. Got the car on time.nnIt's very important to get trust of your customers and they have done it. Had given my Honda jazz for service in the Calicut showroom. The service was good and the executive was helpful. I would have given 5, but my car was not properly cleaned after service..
