Those who are planning to buy skoda, please buy from different dealer. This is one of the worst, unprofessional, cheap customer service i've ever experienced. Till you make the complete payment of your car, they will treat you good. Once the payment is completed, you will see the real face of these people. It will be along story if i post what i experienced from EVM skoda. The entire story with call records and mail communication with skoda officials will be posted in social media and I will share the link here.
I have called multiple times to talk to service, these guys doesnt give the number of service even least bothered to give call back after commting it.nIf you cannot guarentee a call back, you should not offer it. We also have time and dont make us wait giving the false commitments.
