I purchased Nexon recently from Rotana motors Calicut via mananthavady sub office. Just want to appreciate the team for the wonderful service especially mentioning the staff Mr Dhanesh varrier and giji(gijiyetan).Their dealing is outstanding and they concentrated on customer satisfaction. , i contacted Mr Dhanesh ,he had given me crystal clear information about the service and he promised me to deliver the car on time as per our need.The dealing was extraordinary ,as i am far from calicut the sales was through an telephonic conversation. I havent met Mr giji for the face to face discussion, but through telephone he managed very well and really appreciate the approach .nAnd also a great thanks to Calicut Rotana motors team for the assistance for the delivery of our car.The customer service manager was so kind and helpful.nSo i got my car on time without any delay.nAppreciating Mr.Dhanesh and Mr giji and Mananthavady Rotana motors teamnThank you so much ❤ufe0f

Bought a car from here ,need to improve a lot from the customer satisfaction ,and the service that you provide ,the way you people dealing with the customer its pathetic .If you provide a good car that you have to improve a lot with customer care .. and the way you deal with the customer . and the paper work you provide and a lot more ... not really happy with overall experience... The first thing is that the management need to work on the customer is paying the money for the product ,and we are not getting it not for free... any way please improve ... Thanks
