Used these guys for 3 different moves. Very professional, honest, reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Locally-owned.

WORST MOVE EVER!! The “packers” did not care one bit about how they packed things. My stuff went to storage. There was one wrinkled piece of tape on each box. They smoked cigarettes while on the job - very unprofessional. They dragged my bedroom dresser across cement. When we got to storage, they were absolutely just throwing boxes!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My Dad passed away right before he was supposed to move in with my husband & I, but we still had to empty out his apartment. His funeral was literally the day before moving day. I was an exhausted mess.nnThese gentlemen were AMAZING. Fast, gentle with my Dad's things, kind to me, & absolutely took a massive weight off of my shoulders. They even took apart & reassembled my Dad's beloved hardwood roll-top desk without a scratch, when it wouldn't fit through my door. Instead of having to break the doorframe, as I'd feared, Dad's desk is sitting in state in my home, looking better than it has in years, & the doorframe remained untouched. (I think they might moonlight as wizards.)nnI don't ever want to move again, but if I do, I'm requesting Juan & Caprice by name.nn13/10 would recommend.

Overall a speedy good move HOWEVER Moved 2.1 miles and my $1800 tv was damaged in the process and they assumed 0 liability. Offered me .60 per pound for damage which equals $48 for a brand new 75” Samsung that is trash now. Sick to my stomach over this.

I called Monday July 27th, 2020 and a gentleman answered the phone. I asked about having them come out to my home and give me quote on packing and moving us from Tulsa to Edmond. After getting my information Name, address phone etc. he gave me a date and time of Thursday July 30th 2020 at 10AM with Josh. Thursday morning at 10:30 ish I called and asked if they were still coming. Kyle told me they had me down for 1pm I said okay I had 10 but 1 is fine. Then Josh walked in said they could be here in 15 minutes. I waited and at 11:30 I called back. Josh answers the phone this time and said we went to Mary’s house that is scheduled at 1 and she said no our time is 1. So Josh asked my last name and found nothing my address and found nothing. After calling on Monday setting the appointment them telling me Josh would be here, he said we don’t have you did you get a ref number? I said no I wasn’t given one. He said we can go ahead and come out. I said No thank you after all this I am thinking you are not that reputable and I would not trust you with my belongings! The professional that Josh is He slammed the phone phone down! Great job Josh!! Just remember one unhappy customer tells everyone they know!!!
