pathetic service towards customers.. yesterday on 1sept i went to this place. the lady at reception was gentle and polite as she asked me to wait for few mins for executive.. now the executive named JAYESH came to us and asked us sir konsa gadi we said tiago he was so rude towars us usne directly price bata diya gaadi ka. sir lena hai to yehi hai hamare paas. he dint even asked us to sit nor did he offered atleast for water. as i had came all the way from bhayandar to malad just to visit tata motors.. now we have booked tiago from mira road . thats my experience

Called the phone number at 5.30 as I was looking to change my dealer from Wassan( to whom I've even paid booking amount) to a different one. Told the receptionist I'm looking to speak to someone from sales for Nexon. Was committed a call back in 5 mins.. And not to my surprise, no call received. Two TATA dealer, and I can already see why everyone complaints about thier customer service.
