Very bad experience when it comes to repairs of the car.nnMy name is Archit Vartak, I had given my Honda Amaze car, registration No- MH 48 BH 1831 at the Solitaire Honda Service Centre, Borivali East, Mumbai 400092, India for Insurance claim due to Waterlogging caused by heavy rains due to which water had seeped inside my car. This Incident had taken place at my office premises at CBD Belapur on 23rd Sept, 2020 at around 2 AM.nnI had given my car to the service center on 23rd Sept, 2020 itself at around 12 PM in the afternoon, the service advisor said that it will take around 1-2 months time to get the car repaired, so I requested him if he could deliver the car a bit earlier as I need it to travel to my office. The survey was done by the Insurance Agent on 25th Sept, 2020 and the approval was given on 27th Sept. When I enquired about the repair status on 29th Sept, 2020 The service advisor said the repairs will start from the next day.nnI then decided to take my car back as they had delayed a lot even after the survey was done by the insurance agent. When I went to collect my car back, I saw that the water was not even drained out from the inside of the car and the car was still the compound. This delay caused more damage to the car. The Driver and passenger seat which was working fine got jammed.nnThese basic things of removing the water from the inside of the car should have been done by these people earlier itself.
