Bought Tata Altroz car. Being 60 year old dealership, I felt very poor customer service. Took 46 days to deliver the car. Through out the booking to delivery process, neither there was communication from dealer about vehicle delivery status nor he put any efforts to deliver car earlier. I was the one who was following up with the dealer. I felt behavior was like “We don’t need customer, You came here because u need a car”. Not a single complimentary thing provided, not even car cover or floor matting. Sales person was not even aware of what all payments receipts need to be provided ( like down Payment receipt or loan amount receipt etc.) to the customer. I had to do multiple rounds to get it. Not happy with service.

while visiting showroom, Nobody approached us for 15 minutes, and kept us waiting, even when there was only 1 other customer, sales is so poor how will be service? I am going to complain Tata Motors about this.nnBased on your reply , I tried to send you mail. At least provide a correct email id.

Its not just for this showroom but,if u have booked a colour(which ever car its is)visit showroom whenever u get time and remind them of what u want.dealers will tell u many stories but dont compromise.
