Worstfranchise ever franchise from a world leader in automobiles. Surprised to see HONDA awarding their to tarnish their name and position. Purchased Amaze VCVT in August from Deccan Honda Aurangabad, got delivery from Adalat Road showroom. Before purchasing the car the deal was discussed with their sale's executive Mr Shivaji Patil and Mr Vishal Rodge, lot many features and add ons were promised at the time of final deal, but at the time of delivery all hopes were shattered, I was promised RSA in the bundle but at the time of delivery I had to purchase paying extra money for it. I was told my car will come with 3M paint protection and antirust protection but during my first servicing I came to know none of it was done. After RTO registration of my car I got the high security number plates from Deccan honda, along with them I was supposed to get the high security stickers to be placed on the wind shield glass, but again how can they be so good, I got someone else's registration sticker. When I complained about it, the sales executive told me to keep the sticker and enlightened me that there is no need to put the sticker on the car as no body is bothered about it. Seriously firsr you don't respect yout customer's and to top of that you even don't respect the law. On repeatedly complaining about the above matters to Deccan honda customer service, they are just not giving a heed to it. In today's scenario when the world is applauding the doctors for fighting this corona pandemic, here in India we are getting humiliated repeatedly in different ways. Seriously HONDA India also supports this type of consmer plight? I was happy with my decision of buying HONDA AMAZE but now I regret it. I initially thought of recommending Honda to my friends but now I feel I should not.

Still waiting for delivery of my car..everyday a new story is being told for delay of delivery...booked on 30th july & still waiting...never had such a bad experience in owing by maruti or hundai cars... you let me down with such a bitter experience..now even dont excited to have a HONDA CAR..you fooled me and waste my valuable time....will never recommend HONDA to any of my friends and family....

Showroom is excellent, staff is too co-operative.
