I have ordered 2kg customize cake of black forest flavour. The presentation was good but when tasted the cake it was something else and when we complained they said they replace it next day by 1/2Kg any cake. So I went with the cake the same time and had it tasted and they were adamant. But they ruined the birthday of my nephew as my nephew loves cake, he didn't even tasted the cake.
Excellent customer service by Mr. Pawan who knew that I wanted a blueberry cheesecake but placed an order for blueberry instead.nnPawan called me pro-actively and pointed out my mistake and also offered me a solution to rectify my order.nnVery satisfied with my experience at French Connection and with the customer service skills of Pawan.
Very very tasty cakes , amazing varieties and beautiful presentation . I am a fan of their cakes especially the Belgium chocolate cake simple love it and their pastries are so yummy. It’s amazing quality , the people and even the owners are so warm and accommodating ! I stay in town but still prefer ordering my cakes from them always !
