Apart from being absolutely professional and maintaining high standards, at SEP the chefs ensure that they impart their knowledge to a level which makes culinary education extremely interesting. During every class, you learn not only the recipe, but also the imperative - the science behind every pastry creation! Thank you! I would highly recommend SEP to anyone who is looking at making a career in this field. There could be nothing better than learning from the best!

It was a great experience learning all the skills, tips & tricks, recipes and gaining knowledge about each and every ingredients. The best part and the cherry on the cake about this school is its faculty. Faculty is experienced knowledgeable & has a unique teaching approach. Recipes and teaching aids used are world class. This school has trained and transformed me to be a better pastry chef.

I don’t have words enough to express how glad I’m that I joined this online course.nWhich started as a experiment to pass my time during the lockdown,by attending a few day courses and finally landed up joining the - Egg Free 3 week course-, has now become a passion and actually this course has helped me bring out the *Baker* hidden deep inside me.nnA heart felt appreciation to the entire SEP team for the detailed and comprehensive knowledge they shared...nI’m very thankful to the Chefs for patiently resolving all our queries during the class.nAnd a big applause for the hard work put in, to design and conduct the course so amazingly curated. The atmosphere in the school is so warm and welcoming. When I arrived at SEP , my baking skills were extremely limited.However, with the professional guidance given to me by the amazing chefs and encouragement by my fellow mates, I persevered and saw improvements within myself. I feel so lucky to have had a opportunity like this. Thank you to all the chefs for helping me to express my creative side and come out of my shell. You have given me a confidence that is priceless!

For someone who is amidst a career change like myself, this school is where you want to be. SEP has opened up so many doors for me. My horizons have broadened, skills have been polished, perspective is much clearer. I came to this place knowing nothing but what I learnt from YouTube videos and now I am not only equipped with just skills & knowledge, but also heaps of confidence and a family of supporters who want to watch me grow. At first, I was in awe and completely wooed by the infrastructure and the immaculate facilities here. But, to be honest, this school is nothing without its core mentors and the SEP team. They really do take care of you, every step of the way. Quality personal attention, patience and repeat till you don't succeed is how this school works. I high recommend SEP, especially for those who are really passionate about baking sciences because this school is all about in-depth knowledge of things/ingredients you work with clubbed with logic, facts and trials n' error. Everyday at SEP is a learning. It's a platform for you to extract as much knowledge & understanding of the science behind the art of bakery/pastry.
