They have service gst? Unheard of but service is good. U have to double check before u take your car out.

Most arrogant , unprofessional , unethical attitude display from the workshop department end ,refused to render service of my car when it's dashboard light keep lighting up sum of its staff(kaushik,)cum with idea of opening the whole panel fortunately doubt crept my mind when I further investigate I was told no such procedure is needed but a device DTS2 (hope it's correct mind u ,m a novice in this regards) would solve the matter without opening the panel to check 4 faulty wiring or sensors so they turned me down as the expertise didn't show up as the day coincide with Vishwakarma puja,so the next day I turn up again( mind u a kol was made to So kol bah Vincent regarding my visit and the problem I had was clearly mentioned on my previous visit as well as again on the telephonic conversation we had) which he blatantly refused to render citing non availability of the So kol DTS2 Machine who instead of owning his mistake of not giving me prior information he ricochet back the mistake as my own as I had never kol him even after I showed the kol history I made to him, a heated argument followed were I accuse him of unprofessional conduct were he cooly reply that I myself as a customer doesn't effect or make no difference to his business ,rather than providing an alternative solution to the matter he turned us down and humiliated us ,I had to take a leave from there to prevent further humiliation from that being.Thanks to Garikhana branch I got my car fix within 30 mins , following dis I made a prompt kol to Mr.Anand Kumar (Engineer)promising to fix the matternI know m not the 1st one nor the last to suffer such hardship especially people from outside the city I know for sure they had face the same problemsnRANI MOTORS PLS NOTE
