Nongmalieh Ford Showroom is located on the way to Shillong - Guwahati road stretch, just before reaching Toyota & Mahindra Showroom if you're coming from shillong, where old Nikton Ford once was.nSince, the ownership of Ford has changed, so is its service & manpower too.nnHope service will improved in the years to come not in quantity but also in qualities too...

Not at all in good shape. There are no vehicles in showroom for sale! Appears dealership is not able to manage the show post Covid 19

Ford doesn't have availability of Services across Meghalaya, i cant even get mine to change my engine oil! Have to go a long way to get it done.... My vehicle is asking me to change the engine oil but cant get to the Service centre for doing so.... Even the engine cant ce bought from the service centre...Damn Poor.

Poor showroom experience, no car, no test drive cars, nothing, how can you buy a car without first testing it?
