I had requested for your service for repairing of washing machine on 23.06.2020.It's spin was not working . The mechanic attended and told me that capacitor is not working.He added one extra capacitor and the wm worked. He took Rs.1250/- .Today the same problem resurfaced.I contacted the same mechanic who attended and he told that the motor of the machine is not working and another Rs.2700/- would be required for its repairing.So I denied. I apprehended that the mechanic was not confident that the machine would work properly after the motor repairrd. Earlier I took your service for repairing of cooler.In that case also the service was not satisfactory.Perhaps your company while sending any mechanic,it is not doing its home work regarding quality of the skilled person.nn-
