They feel they have a Monopoly since there is only 1 Tata Dealer in Ajmer they can quote any price and give you Non-Genuine accessories on a new purchase, I would suggest better purchase with a Dealer in Jaipur...there are 6 around Tata Dealers in Jaipur...I got much better Quotation for Tiago saving me Rs.20000 on car cost(compared to what Mudgal Motors quoted me) and that too with complementary Genuine accessories.

I visited at showroom for altroz booking.nBut they don't give proper response.nSo stop booking.

No doubt TATA cars have been improved a lot and people started considering them but Mudgal motors staff behaviour was not up to the mark, test drive car was clocking 10k plus kms and don't even serviced properly. After spending almost 1 hour they didn't bother to offer water.
