I was regular customer of City Heart Bakery,Alwar since it's initiation, because of its best quality treatment. Now since last 4-5 times, I am experiencing that cake quality is decreasing and it is hidden by full of cream designs. Even I have received different cake after an pre booking. I have ordered pineapplencut cake for my parent's anniversary but I have to receive heat size strawberry cake with tag of birthday and convinced me that it is a fruit cake.nSearching for another option for better quality cake.

Not on time delivery. Nit at all ecommended for any eating material.nOrdered a cake which got after 1 day, and that too with foul smell.nBehaviour is also not at all cooperative.
