This place does not take quality seriously, got insects in a product once although they refunded for it, and one other time received a bakery item days old. Haven't visited here since than. Sai bakers is the preferred place now.

The worst cake I ever received, the guy is very manulating, talks more then the actual delivery. I wanted a dark brownish plum cake (almost black in color) which I bought last year, but he delivered a tasteless cake. I never had this experience before from Grand Plaza. So embarrassing and feel cheated.
