I held for 33 minutes after the voice response system connected me to the switchboard. No one ever picked up. A well-earned one star.

Terrible. Have been waiting for 8 months to change my name, have not been helpful at all. They are forcing me to come during a pandemic, putting me at risk when I have no insurance and while I am at high risk of getting sick, getting in a plane and spending money I don’t have just for finger prints.

Phenomenal, excellent service, Tonya is very helpful and professional. Love it!

Coming from South Africa, we need visas for most western countries so I have visited quite a few in my time, this consulate has to be hands down the best one I have ever been to. The employees here are truly great ambassadors for their country. They treat people with respect, dignity and really care. They were wonderful with our kids and the service most importantly was efficient and fast. Special mention to Tanya who was wonderful.

Went there to apply Schengen visa for family vacation. There was no waiting time and got our passports back the following week. Tanya was very friendly and welcoming.
