Worst experience. Staff don't respond to calls after we buy a car. They don't have any intention to help when we face problem with the car. Service is the worst, they take decades to do minor repairs. The brand is issugood Facedbut the service is v poor.
We bought a Skoda Rapid on 15th February 2019 and this is our first skoda in the family and I have to admit that I'm really impressed with the overall experience. It was seamless and very smooth experience overall, documents formalities were already taken care of so we just walked in the showroom and took the delivery.nnComing to the Car, being an automobile engineer myself I can confidently say that this car offers a lot more than you pay and rest of the competition. Skodas are definitely one of the better cars available in terms of quality and safety and at the same time are efficient too.nnMr. Praveen Kumar, Sales Manager needs a special mention, he has been really courteous and professional throughout the buying procedure and there after.
