My car was 1.5 months and it got bumped on 18th July 2018 and the bumper, Left headlight and Side panel got damaged badly So I claimed zero depp Insurance and gave my car for repairing on 20th July and the SERVICE ADVISOR, Mr. K. P. Singh told me that I'll surely get my car after 6 days, I thought that the waiting time is too much because I have a Maruti Suzuki Baleno also and whenever I give my car to repair any major damage they give my car in 3 days max.(WHEN I CLAIM INSURANCE)nI called them on 26th July to see If my car got repaired but the SA said the work is not yet completed and he will surely give me the car after 2 daysnI again called them on 28th to see if the work got completed but SA didn't pick up my phone so I complained to Supervisor and he assured me that I will get my car the very next day.nWhen I went there to take the car, The car was not washed and he said he will take 3 hrs more for WASHING, And the repair work was done so badly that a road side mechanic could do a better work than authorized service center.nThe paint of bumper was not matching, there was gap between bumper and bonnet which was not there before and the tip of the bumper was damaged, when I told SUPERVISOR about this, he gave me a excuse that It was a manufacturing defect but one could clearly see that it was not a manufacturing defect but due to carelessness of mechanic. Also the car got many scratches that were not before I gave my car on servicenWhen I told supervisor he said he cannot do anythingnMy experience is that you should only go there if you want some scratches on your car or if you don't want decent work qualitynVERY DISAPPOINTED FROM HYUNDAI!!!
