Classify service in 2 parts.nCURATIVE service was satisfactory.nPREVENTIVE service needs attention. This service was warranted due to break down of gear lever (disconnect) disabling change of gear. It occurred 80km away resulting 3 losses. First, visit to destination failed. Second, hired tow truck for ₹5500. Third, Family members were stranded on road for hours, in pandemics.nIdentical failure has happened with Figo of my son and Figo of my neighbour. Such issue is desired to be avoided during routine service inspection.

Amazing place. Even during this pandemic they maintained all social distancing guidelines and helped me to bring home my car. Mr. Vishal is an amazing sales executive and he helped me throughout the journey. Best place to get yourself a Ford car (a driver's car ud83dude09).
