My i20 was serviced on 24 Aug 20 and charged Rs 5209 vide bill no B202005423. No calibration was done. No inside cleaning was done. It was full of dust. Asked to tighten the screw of inside mudguard of all the tyres but only one was done. Made the driver understand in details who came to pick up the vehicle and gave it in written also. Had a talk with the adviser also regarding whats to be done, even after making them understand, they failed to carry out proper servicing. Very poor servicing from Neo Hyundai.

Very poor service and staff behaviour is very rude, they will never accept their mistake.nHave done 4 service in the showroom but everytime they will do some mistake in servicing.nNo person is accountable here. neo hyundai is just interested in selling car after sale there is no service. Worst experience i ever had with any brand.
