Vehicle not cleaned as per Ford standards. Neither the exterior nor the interior service..workshop agent not even bothered to check whether the service is done properly or not. Vehicle met with accident during test drive after service.. Post accident response was not good from the workshop guys. List of repairs given to workshop agent to be done during service but he has not even checked for the same to get them repaired even after telling on mobile. I have to point out myself for all these repairs, cleaning for which I was made to wait for more than two hours in workshop. Seats were made dirty during interior cleaning and when I asked the same I was told to pay for the same to get it cleaned for their mistake. Car was sanitized before delivering for which they charged me Rs 500 , but they started cleaning the interior after sanitizing. I didn't feel sanitizing useful in that way.
