Worst service experienced, ever. Their agenda is to rope in as much money as possible from customers. Negative marks for problem identification as their mechanics are unaware of the mechanism in Honda Cars. I got my honda city serviced here for a couple of times and everytime after service ,car was sent back to them for some or the other issues. Hopeless service. Even the service quality is poorest. I got the brake pads and discs changed from here and they damaged the liners of wheel while installing. They didn't even tell us while delivery and when after a day visited again ( which is usual here) they told that steering column needs to be changed. Then i went for second opinion from other honda service centre and they told that it was faulty installation of brakes. Such is the service of Gopinathji. Negative marks for professionalism and service. Better you get your honda cars serviced either from surat or vadodara.
