They must improve food handling, i went several times and bought dessicated coconut and while measuring they use bare hands to maximize or minimize on weighing scale, several times when told to use spoon or gloves they do not listen. Then last time i told them not to use hand and they said they sanitized the hands before. Is sanitized means they can use their bare hands to handle food items? He was telling me i use hands after he sanitized and then he is asking what to use as if he cant buy some gloves or spoons to do the same which he does with his bare hands. Most people prefer food not to be touched by bare hands, hence gloves are used. Which they didn't know. It is so unfortunate they after several warnings they still continue to use bare hands ✋. Use gloves!!!!! Come on
