The staff is very friendly, polite and have good knowledge about all variants of the car. They guide the customers very well about the car features, variants, pricing, etc. The showroom also looks very clean and elegant.nnThe only feedback i have is that none of the staff members were wearing the face mask. It is high risk to the customers. Please make it mandatory for all your to staff to wear face mask .

I had been to showroom on Monday to enquire about IGNIS. The executive gave information about the model and handed me the quotation details. When I asked for test drive he told me that vehicle isn't available and it'll be coming late so that I can go home and he'll only get the vehicle near locality within next 24 hrs. After 48 hours I received a call from their side asking me when will I book the car but when I told them I still didn't get the test drive, she told me to wait till the end of the day so that test drive appointment is taken and it'll be done. But even after 10 days still I didn't get any call from their side.nThis is the way they will be dealing with customers.
