Very poor experience so far after booking a new vehicle and handing over the exchanged vehicle.nn* During your visit, you are asked to give a 5 star ratingn* I booked a car (15 days back) due to medical emergency requirements. The delivery date has been postponed 4 times since then and this is intimated to us only when we try to make an effort to follow up.n* Payment and handover of exchange vehicle is expected as early as possible but the delivery of new vehicle is the least of their concerns after the payment is made.n* Over all experience and support from the showroom is very poor. Hope they understand to honor the commitments made during the time of booking/purchase and value the customers more.nn@At Advaith, don't bother to send your formality reply asking me to contact via mail. If the ground team is not willing to make it better, I don't see any way that the central customer support team can.

Very fake sales/service, they cheat you in insurance and other things. They will never give after sales service, very rude behaviour. Third class service , never buy hyundai cars. Go for indian company.
