Pathetic response post booking of Venue Car. No proper knowledge of delivery & very bad communication, they don't pick the calls. Overall a very bad experience .

Service is good. But one clarification was needed. Your JP Nagar Bangalore service centre had told that if I service the vehicle on or before 31st Oct there are some offers like petrol coupons. I told I will give in Mysore. They said offer available at all Advaith service centre. But your Mysore centre was not aware of any such offer . At last I called up JP Nagar Bangalore centre on phone and asked to convey the matter. Later Mysore people gave me only a scratch coupon. That's all. Why there is difference between offers between Service Centre of the same company? I paid full amount and got vehicle serviced.
