It was a good experience with cars24 to sell my car. Staff behaviour was also very much appreciated. I got better price than usual dealers. Cons-It takes 3hrs to sell my car after valuvation. Time management is to be more specific. overall it was good and Hassel free.

Horrible service. They are actually misleading people. We sold our vehicle here, they gave us only half the promised amount, then finally gave the money after 4 months. Then we found out that name transfer had not happened. They asked us to go all the way to Karnataka during this pandemic for the name change. Only after a police complaint did they give us the money. Horrible. Shameful behaviour. I expected a lot more integrity from an IIT Bombay startup.
