This has been such a lovely experience. From our initial shortlisting to the final purchase, the whole process has been smooth and straightforward. The staff are well groomed and have extensive knowledge about the product. The showroom is so well maintained and in a modern minimalist style. We purchased a Kia Sonet. Absolutely love our ride. It’s so chic and perfect for our requirements.
Impressive customer service, great infrastructure and very hygienic environment. The staff are well behaved and commited, not at all pushy. After going through several other car showrooms in hunt for a suitable car in town, we felt satisfied after reaching the Incheon Kia showroom at Thrissur. We are quite pleased with the service provided by Mr.Alwin Simon who helped us throughout. The paperworks and booking procedures were done smoothly at their level best. Had taken the delivery of my car from Kia Thrissur Showroom couple of days back.nnRight from the moment I stepped inside, I felt a welcome and the representatives are amazing. Initially I had gone for a test drive, but the way how they had shown and explained, I ended up booking the car. Shout out to the sales representative Mr. Rajesh. He is super patient and explains the features in detail and definitely prompt in responding to your queries.nThey were even kind enough to show the vehicles from the yard so that we get a first hand look of the cars rather than the display vehicles.nTheir customer service is top class and deserves big appreciation. Icing on the cake is they had delivered the car 3 weeks before the informed delivery date considering my request which is good.nnThe whole Team of Incheon Kia is amazing.nI would definitely recommend anyone to this showroom.
The Incheon Thrissur showroom is well organised and aesthetically pleasing, and also maintains high hygienic standards. The staff is amicable, knowledgeable and helpful. Persistent communication from order to delivery, and a special thanks to sales executive Mr. Fredin for smoothing out the entire process. The paper works and formalities were conducted efficiently, and the purchased Kia Seltos is an absolute delight to own. It was a pleasure doing business with the Kia team.
