Johns Honda

Took delivery of my 5th Gen City today (Petrol V MT). I have to say I'm impressed by the sheer professionalism shown by the team at John's Honda from the day that I made an enquiry about the new City to this day when the vehicle was delivered to me.nMr. Shanooj, sales consultant, promptly brought the vehicle for a test ride to our home the same afternoon the enquiry was made despite the dealership being some 30 kilometers away from where we live. Shanooj, being the gentleman that he was, meticulously but gracefully explained all the features of the vehicle, the differences between different variants and about the accessories available. The guy knew what he was talking about and had definitely done his homework!nThe very next day I booked the V variant of the City and requested Shanooj to inform me when the vehicle reached the dealership so as to perform the pre-delivery inspection (PDI). The vehicle arrived, we were intimated and went to the showroom. The staff were courteous and PDI was completed without a hitch. The same day we transferred the rest of the amount and by the next day the amazing team at John's Honda had completed and submitted all the paperwork needed for temporary registration (Thank You Ms. Joicy).nnIn a couple of days came the call that we had been expecting! 'Sir, your vehicle is ready for delivery.' I couldn't say if I was more excited or Shanooj at the other end of the line! Special thanks to Mrs. Lekha M Namboodiri, Sales Quality Manager, John's Honda, for chasing our temporary registration application with the concerned RTO and keeping us informed all the while. Delivery went smoothly and now I have a shiny new City parked in my porch. Thank You John's Honda.
