1. Customer support is above averagen2. Quality of vehicle service is averagen3. cost for maintenance is not high but taking advantage for pricing high for sanitization, about 800rs ( which is tooo much!!) for a vehicle fumigationud83cudfcbufe0f.n4. Product (vehicle) quality is poor, got lots of complaints for a new xuv500 (5000kms).n5. All other sides i felt good, its spacious compound,fast service,etc...ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dnnOverall it is an above average service centre for Mahindra. but better than any other dealers, If you are a Mahindra owner I prefer thos service centre in this locality. (ktym, idkki, ernaklm, thrssr).. can perform even more better. but dont expect that from Mahindra.ud83cudf89nnDisclaimer: I don't own a Xuv 500, I go with my friendud83dude0a

Generally need to book service in advance, emergencies are attended to.nnProfessional & courteous service, nice place for customers to wait, transparent process, standardised rates as per company norms.nnI feel, over the years the service standards have improved. I have been using M&M vehicles for over 15 years and Eram for 2.5 years... Good to see improvement in service standards.nnAs a rule, l don't give it to drivers to pick up and drop off car from my residence, but had to do that few months back. Their driver was good, communicated well and dropped back car without incident. That' s another plus to their service ud83dudc4d

Firstly if there was a Zero star option i would have selected that..nI have given THAR m2dicr 2019 model for second service which has just run 8000 Km.nAnd they have now given a bill amount of Rs 22,000 /- . Axle and such major parts have got defects (manufacturing defect ) and they cant do it in Warranty it seems .nI had a very wonderful experience from mahindra , as i have own 5 mahindra vehicles for both office and personal purpose.nI will be getting my Vehicle today or by tomorrow , i will share the pics .nAm planning to move legally against such cheatings which they do towards customern( based on consumer act)
