Lots of stuff to select from. Prices are a bit premium. Affordable items are also there. The staff members are well mannered. Overall, a good place to get your monthly bakery supplies.
The cakes and other products are good but their customer service is very bad. I had bad customer service experience more than twice.
Your staff at punkunnam bakery Beena had always been outstanding in her service and commitment.
I had a really bad experience with the staff there. My daughter's birthday cake which I ordered was a fruitcake and what I got was fully filled with whipping cream all over the cake when I specifically told them not to. And they were yelling at us that we never told them about the whipping cream. There was not an ounce of whipping cream in the photo they put up on the website, so this really cheating because we are ordering from the website and then presting us a cake which is not even similar too it. And instead of accepting their mistake they were trying to turn the plates. Really bad customer service, I tried to upload the photo with the review but I was not able to so I have uploaded it in the gallery
