Good services and good attitude, behaviour and attention towards customers

The approach towards customers is really good, as of my experience. The service cost is decent, not many unwanted charges applied, as far as the service quality is concerned it's average. Booking an appointment early would help, save time.

I find the service experience at AVG MOTORS , to be professional. The Relationship manager who from the very start inspected the car, took down all the complaints and communicated the estimate cost well. Full marks for his commitment, behaviour and the work. I would prefer to have AVG/Nexa app to detail me the split up of the cost of parts, labour etc right after the inspection of the vehicle is done, so that I can take an informed decision whether or not to go ahead with services like polishing, accessory fitting etc. Keep up the good work
